I utilize a holistic, trauma-sensitive approach to support the healing of those who have experienced various forms of abuse, interpersonal violence and trauma. I use Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients understand, appreciate and heal the emotional and physiological responses that can come with trauma and PTSD.

My practice includes incorporation of the sexual, energetic/spiritual, physiological, emotional and psychological selves. I acknowledge that the client is the expert in their life experience, and work to promote communication, coping skills, boundary setting and interpersonal dynamics that will facilitate the client's transition from surviving to thriving.
Anne Horgan, LCSW
University of Chicago, Crown Family School of Social Work
My approach is eclectic and person-centered. I utilize EMDR for trauma healing and incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, art and narrative therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness and imagery/meditation, discovery of mind-body connection, solutions-focused, and strengths-based approaches.

My ultimate goal to create and provide a safe space for connection, empowerment, comfort, trust and engagement. I work to provide a down to earth and non-judgmental environment with a natural and genuine approach to supporting individuals in all walks of life!

Jennifer Lyons, LCSW
San Diego State University, School of Social Work
I approach my work with clients using empathy, warmth, humor, and acceptance. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as we work together to create lasting transformation on all levels—mind, body, and spirit. I blend traditional talk therapy with nervous system and somatic awareness, integrating techniques from hypnotherapy, inner child work, and a deep focus on the mind-body connection, all within an energetic and spiritual framework.

I work from a framework that recognizes the deep impact of inherited and lived trauma, including cultural oppression and ancestral trauma. Together, we’ll unravel these layers to heal and create a foundation for true health and well-being.
